Yes, NIT Delhi CSE is considered to be best among the other available institutes.
NIT Delhi ranking NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) ranking is 251 compared to NIT Hamirpur that is ranked at 99th position. The data suggests NIT Hamirpur is better in comparison. But NIT Delhi is located in the capital of the country which enables it to be connected with resourceful institutions.
If you want to know the ranking of these colleges, then it is as follows on the basis of public perception, ranking, fees, cut offs and various other factors that affect the student. The order of the colleges is:

Dear Aspirant,
ECE Engineer salary in India ranges between 0.2 to 13 lakhs with an average annual salary of 3.0 Lakhs. If College is very good and the highest package for ECE Branch is about 28 Lakh per annum and the average package is about 6-7 Lakh per annum. You can also choose the CSE branch because In this you have lot of companies that are visited and get the student.
I hope this will help you.
See if you are focused towards placement like you wish to work in private sector in software development sector then you should definitely go with CSE branch but if you want to keep the doors open for public as well as private sector then ECE branch is recommended. So here colleges cannot be differentiated because they both are well known NITs.
Also on such SC rank you have good chances to get various NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2022 result :-
Note that the above list is merely a prediction which has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
Good Luck for your future!!

Hi there! In response to your query it would highly depend on the percentile you obtain in the examination. This score could be an intermediate or a high score depending on how well prepared other candidates might be, hence you should try to aim a certain percentile to be assured of your selected field of study in the above institutions.
