According to previous year cutoff of NIT durgapur, closing Rank for OBC category for the branch Matallurgical and Materials engineering was 31580.
Based on your marks, you have less chances for admission. You can check for NIT durgapur cut off for other branches from the Link below:

NIT Durgapur don't offer Instrumentation branch.
If you want to become a software engineer you can choose CSE branch.
According, to previous year cut off you should have around 200 marks in JEE Main to get CSE branch in other state quota.
