It looks like you are interested in getting admission at NIT, Hamirpur and want to pursue CSE. Well, based on your rank and previous years' cutoff data, it is difficult to grab a seat for CSE at NIT Hamirpur. In fact, there is low probability for you to get chance in getting admission at any core streams at NIT, Hamirpur. For instance, in 2020 , the JEE Main Cutoff Rank (All India) prescribed for admission to CSE for OBC-NCL candidates was 16252 (for Outside Home State).

The NIT Hamirpur is a very well known NIT with a big and beautiful infrastructure which makes it quite student friendly and as talking about your rank than the first step which you should do is that you can use a rank predictor to get a basic idea about your rank just you have to put your data perfectly and the rank will be shown than you can compare it with the different branches provided in a NIT Hamirpur because as you have not mentioned any branch you are interested for so saying about it will not be possible, but surely even due to your OBC category you have a good chance of getting any of the field.
I am assuming that you are from general category
This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then ,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , 15750 rank was the closing rank for gender neutral for general category for other state in NIT Hamirpur Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology)
And to get around 15750 rank, you need at least around 150 -160 marks as per our rank predictor predictor at
