Assuming that you are more concerned about placement and I have no specific interest only branch,

I would recommend join IIIT Jabalpur as it offers better placements than your other choices.

If you have interesting any of this branch for example mechanical engineering go for it.

For placements I will forget IIIT Jabalpur.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention your category rank or crl rank. there is separate closing rank is available for state quota and all India category seats. do mention your rank in comment section to help us to check the possibility of chances.

Choose NIT Jamashedpur over NIT Harimpur.

Infrastructer wise NIT Harimpur is better.Placement wise and cutoff wise NIT Jamshedpur is much better.NIT Jamshedpur is older than NIT Harimpur.Many companies visits NIT,Jamshedpur which you can check via their facebook placement page.
