If you belong to OBC/SC/ST category and your reservation is from home state quota then you have a chance of getting admission into NIT Hamirpur with 70000 rank.With your above mentioned rank you can get branches like Chemical engineering,Electronic and telecommunication,Electrical,Mechanical engineering,Material science in NIT hamirpur.This branches i have suggested by checking the last year's cutoff.Cutoff changes every year so wait till the official cutoff list gets released.

According to your marks there is a fair chance to get NIT hamirpur. According to previous year cutoff you can easily get ECE, Civil, Mechanical branch. But for cse you can wait for last counselling cutoff.

Although, nothing can be predicted with surety as cut offs change every year and they are dependent on many factors like, seat matrix, students applying, etc. But given the trend in cut off, you have less chance.

I think the chances are very low to be honest.

As of 2019, the closing rank for CSE was 3309 for other state.

For 2018,2017 and 2016 it was around 8476, 8811 and 7126.

It is difficult to tell you exact about the seat you can get or not. As the cutoff for b.arch admission varies to some extent every year depending on factor like category, qouta through which you applied, number of student applied etc.

However you can have an idea about the admission chances looking at previous years cutoff.
