Sorry you have very low score in JEE mains. With this rank according to previous year cutoff you can't get any NIT or specifically NITH. You need a rank below 10-15k in jee mains SC CRL rank list. 

I would suggest you to take a drop and reappear for JEE mains and try to achieve a good rank.

You will not be able to get the seat in NIT Hamirpur with you sc rank and domicile of the state of Himachal as the closing cutoff of the NIT Hamirpur home state sc category student is around 10k at most.

As you fall short on that you will not be able to get into it.

As you are from harimpur home state . The marks you have secure is very comfortable with you. You have to just score 30% of the marks in the jee main examination so you have a nit seat in your home state .

The above mentioned NITs are definitely not the top NITS of india but they do offer some of the great opportunities. So NIRF rank for the above NITS are :-

• NIT SILCHAR - 51
  
• NIT Hamirpur - 60
• NIT Jalandar - 42

Yes, you can get the least preferred branches at NIT Hamirpur with this rank. But certainly you have very low chances to get that even in Home State Quota. And do not expect to get the trending branches though.
