Well with this rank you can certainly get NIT Hamirpur if you have Himachal Pradesh state quota. But you will get a lower branch probably the lowest branch also like Materials science and engineering so be prepared for that as well beacause there is no branch change in NIT Hamirpur.

I see that you have secured 5000 rank in OBC category . But you haven't specified that you are home state quota or other state quota . 

If you are home state quota then according to previous year closing rank you are definitely getting CSE in nit Hamirpur. 

But if

I see that you have got  a rank of 25370 in OBC category in females quota. But you haven't mentioned that you are home state or other state. 

If you are home state then you can easily get a branch in 5-6 round. 

If you are other state , then

I see that you have got 25590 rank in sc category. And you want to join nit Hamirpur.
