There is no problem in your boards marks because your need minimum 65% marks in 12 to get admission.

For getting admission in NIT Hamirpur you should secure rank under 9-10 thousand ( better than this for other core branch accordingly).

with 87.8 percentile in jee mains 2019 and with sc category rank 6015,i am sorry to inform you that you wont be getting a seat in ECE OR EEE branch in NIT HARIMPUR IN OTHER STATE QUOTA.

HOWEVER WITH HOME STATE quota you may have fair chance to get a seat in NIT HARIMPUR.

Also there are many others colleges in which you can get ECE and EEE branches.
