National Institute of Technology Hamirpur
Hello candidate
According to your percentile if you come under the home state of Himachal Pradesh then there are good chances of getting in NIT Hamirpur and even fortunately you could also get a good branch, but if you come under the outer state quota then there are very less chances that you could get top branch, so you can expect low branches.

It is quite difficult to indicate the cut off percentile for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT, Hamirpur because the cut off changes every year and the percentile vs rank trend changes every year. Last year in round 6 of JoSAA counselling the cut off was as follows for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur for OBC-NCL category
Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 97 percentile or above in JEE Main if you belong to Himachal Pradesh. If you belong to any other state then you need to score minimum 99 percentile or above in JEE Main.
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing great there . I am really very very sorry to say this but the rank and percentile mentioned above , you will not be able to get a seat in some NIT and also not in NIT Hamirpur , But yes you can definitely get a seat in other home state government colleges . If you want , you can also participate in CSAB , their you might get a seat . But do remember it all depends on availability of vacant seats there .
You can also refer to the link given below
I hope my answer helps
Wish you all the very best !
It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
******number of students that appeared in the jee main exam,
****** number of available seats,
****** performance of different students in the examination,
****** the category you belong etc.
>>>>> With 36857 obc rank
You have low chance in nit hamirpur for cse or any branch
For example,
In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, under other state , NIT hamirpur cut off/closing rank was 3537 obc rank for computer science
You can check the same at
You have chances in govt colleges like
-------) Jabalpur Engineering College, Jabalpur:-
https://www.careers360.com/colleges/jabalpur-engineering-college-jabalpur/cut-off
------) Tezpur University, Tezpur:- https://www.careers360.com/university/tezpur-university-tezpur/cut-off
-------) Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur :- https://www.careers360.com/university/guru-ghasidas-vishwavidyalaya-bilaspur/cut-off
------) IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar:- https://www.careers360.com/university/ik-gujral-punjab-technical-university-jalandhar/cut-off
This prediction is on the past year data basis but cut closing rank for colleges changes every year depending upon factors like number of candidates that write jee main examination, difficulty level of the question paper for different shifts of jee main etc so
--------) PH :- 0.0096375 percentile
