kajal Choudhary 28th Sep, 2021

Hello candidate

According to  your percentile if you come under the home state of Himachal Pradesh then there are good chances of getting in NIT Hamirpur and even fortunately you could also get a good branch, but if you come under the outer state quota then there are very less chances that you could get top branch, so you can expect low branches.

You can also check your admisiion chances by using careers360 college predictor for jee main 2021:

what percentile for getting ece in nit hamirpur for obc

Sharon Rose Student Expert 23rd Sep, 2021

Hello,

It is quite difficult to indicate the cut off percentile for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT, Hamirpur because the cut off changes every year and the percentile vs rank trend changes every year. Last year in round 6 of JoSAA counselling the cut off was as follows for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur for OBC-NCL category

  • Home state: 46419
  • Other state: 5426

Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 97 percentile or above in JEE Main if you belong to Himachal Pradesh. If you belong to any other state then you need to score minimum 99 percentile or above in JEE Main.

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

To check the previous year cut off click on the link given below

With this rank, getting NIT HAMIRPUR, would not be possible if we look at the trends for last few years.
