how is the package for EEE students in surathkal

Sevit Kar 21st Aug, 2022

Hello,

The placements of the EEE branch in surathkal is top notch. Every year in this branch the placements percentage touches 90% which is a remarkable benchmark.

As it is one of the top 3 NITs all the tech giants visits it's campus. Companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Flipkart, Amazon, DE Shaw, paypal visits it's campus for recruitment. The median package for this branch is around 11-12L per annum.

You won't regret taking admission to this college. In addition to this there is a great campus life with private beach. You can have a nice gala time with your friends during your free time.

I am a 2nd year dropper( partial) should I take lower branches like metallurgical in Nit surathkal and leave CSE In a tier 3 college.

Vishwathiga J 20th Aug, 2022

Dear Aspirant,

In my opinion you should take Metallurgy in NIT Surathkal. Let me explain why.

1. The NIT tag will be useful for you in whichever company you get placed in future. The initial impression of being an NITian will open doors for you.

2. You can learn programming by yourself and choose software based Internships in NIT . That way you might have to work hard as you'll have to maintain your GPA as well.

You will get more opportunities than you will ever get in third tier college. You will get a chance to apply for excellent internship and placement.

3. The faculties and alumni network of NITs are amazing and hence you will get an opportunity to learn more. Faculties in NITs will be willing to help you even if you don't belong to their branch.

Hence, a lots of door will open for you if you choose NIT if you are willing to work in a systematic, strategic and planned manner .

Hope this helps

Chemical engineering has scope? Chemical engineering from NIT warangal or NIT calicut, which one is better?

Raghav Kumar 17th Aug, 2022
Hello Student,

Let's clear your confusion. Chemical Engineering is a new field of engineering. It involves designing and processing industrial chemical manufacturing. Chemical engineers conduct research and development of manufacturing chemicals.

Scope:

Chemical engineers get job opportunities in various fields like nuclear energy, food production, materials science, the development of new sources of energy, and even medicine. Any company that manufacturers chemicals, requires a chemical engineer.

Both the NIT colleges are better but NIT WARANGAL comes first in terms of ranking.

which is best ece in nitk or ece in iiita

raj kumar 14th Aug, 2022

Dear aspirant

Hope you are doing well !

As you are aware, the percentage of ECE/CS placements is higher presently. In terms of fees, IIITA charges about 98k year, including the cost of the dorm, compared to 150k at NITK. The conclusion is that you ought to join at IIITA, in my opinion

Hope it helps you

Thank you
