No, if you clear your papers and secured good rank in GATE then you will be elligible for taking admission in NITs.

Also you will pay approx 12000 in M.TECH in NITs.

Based on this GATE score the chances are less to get a seat in NIT Surathkal or Warangal for Remote Sensing also.
