You will definitely get a seat in last two NIT's(Raipur, Agartala) at AIR 665 till third or spot round based on previous allotments.

But you will surely get a seat in IPU and HBTU. These institutes takes admission based on NIMCET rank. Also, HBTU Kanpur forms are still available.

You can get a seat in the NIT with your rank..but it  is not sure that you will your desired branch...

As NIMCET is also a good college ..so if you don't get the NIT don't be sad ..It is also a good reputation college

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. The level of NIMCET paper changes every year, so it is not fair to judge your chances on the basis of rank vs marks. Anyway I am stating an analysis of every category below.

As per the 2019 data, the NIMCET all india closing rank for the SC category was 4263 for NIT Agartala, 2381 for NIT Allahbad, 3159 for NIT Bhopal, 3739 for NIT Durgapur and below 2000 rank for other NITs.

Similarly, the AIR closing ranks for the ST category were 4893 for NIT Allahabad, 4892 for NIT Bhopal, 4239 for NIT Calicut, 4767 for NIT Durgapur, and 4812 for NIT Raipur. For other NITs the closing ranks(AIR) for ST were below 3000.

For the OBC category ,the all India closing ranks were below 2000 for every NIT. It was 300 for NIT Warangal, 500 for NIT Surathkal, 1254 for NIT Durgapur and 641 for NIT Calicut.

If you belong to SC or ST, then you may have chances in NIT Agartala, Allahbad, Raipur, Durgapur and Bhopal. If you are from OBC, then you have very less chances.

For that you have to give jee mains and score a decent percentile to take admission.

considering your All India Rank it seems very difficult to secure seat in any of the 11 NITs taking part in NIMCET as even for OBC 3544 is a loose rank because considering last year cut off even NIT Agartala takes admission till 1700 rank

well but you can try in these NITs as the take admission on loose ranks also

Hi. I don't think that you can get a seat at this rank. As per the previous year cutoffs, for general category your rank should be within 650 to get a seat in any nit. I don't know about ews cutoff, so you should google it and check.
