As an All India Rank of 2591 in JEE mains is a great rank, so you can surely be eligible to sit for JOSAA counseling given if you satisfy the eligibility criteria for it that is you must have secured at least 75% marks in 12th class.

So to get a seat in any round of counseling you must freeze your seat then only you will be alloted with a seat in any college. So if you remember freezing a seat then you must have got one for you. 

If you don't get a seat then you should go for another round of counseling at the reporting centre and freeze your seat. Otherwise you won't be able to get the college. 

Hi aspirant, on this 3263 AIR and also with 3263 rank in OBC category I can assure you that with this credentials you can easily get into NIT Kurukshetra. Also you can easily get your desired branch without any problem.

You may also try for even more better NIT like MNNIT, Allahabad , MNIT, Bhopal etc. if you want.

As of now there is seat left only in North eastern NITs like NIT Mizoram, Nagaland, Agartala, etc. 1 seat is vacant at IIT bhubneswar. These seats are majorly for SC/ST candidates. You can get the full list of vacant seats in the link https://josaa.nic.in/result/root/resultlogin.aspx As of now total of 460 seats are empty.You may need to wait till 30th July to get exact number of seats left, as few people may not report admitting Institute after 7th round (Though this number would be very small) .

If you consider last year cutoffs then You won't be able to get your desired choice..

Chances for NIT RAIPUR & NIT AGARTALA in/after 4th round of counselling..

Go for spot round. 

Or else You can apply to HBTU with this rank, if it is taking admissions through NIMCET.(I guess yes)

You have mentioned your rank and it is not bad. What is it that you want to know? Your admission depends on the college you are asking about and the number of students with better ranks who want to take admissions in that college. If they can take students after those get enrolled you may get an admission.

The NITs you can get , can just be predicted on the basis of previous year cutoffs . And there can be variations in predictions according to the availabiliy of seats for this year

. But as per last year cutiffs  , you can get a seat in the following NITs if you wait till the last round of counselling and may be in secondvround as well.

Briefly , you have chances for almost all NITs except NIT surathkal , NIT trichy and NIT warangal

Well Vibhor you have got quite a decent rank in NIMCET 2019. Based on previous year rankings of different college your general rank won't place you in any of the nit. But your obc rank can place you in some of the nit, not the top ones like  nit trichy,  surathkal, warangal etc.You may get in nit durgapur, jamshedpur, raipur etc. All the best and hope for the best that you get in 3rd or 4th round .
