As per your OBC rank, you will definitely get a seat in NIT. The closing rank for OBC category is around 5,000-10,000 and you are ahead of that.

It is difficult for you to get a seat into any NIT since your rank is not so good. You need to have a rank of under 700 to get into an NIT.

Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get any NIT since your rank is too low. You need to have a rank of under 700 to get a NIT through NIMCET.
