In order to prepare for NIMCET you should be aware of the complete syllabus and exam pattern.
Refer previous year papers to get the idea about the type and level of the exam.
Prepare your notes which will help you in revision.

There is no stated Age limit to be elligible for the exam.

NIMCET Cut Off 2018 will be released by the exam conducting authority, i.e. NIT. The cut off is the minimum marks which candidates have to obtain to get admission into MCA course.

Yes, you have to provide marks for both the semesters, but not all the subjects only the aggregate marks. Like this fill marks for all the semesters.

For your NIMCET preparation you can recommended for RS Aggarwal, Arihant Publication and objectives books by By J B Dixit, Ruchi Sharma, Ashish Mangal.
You should also refer to previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and to know the level of the exam.

In order to be eligible for NIMCET you should have minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all the subjects in general category and 55% in SC/ST category in your graduation.
