I don't think it will be possible to get NIT, Patna in any brach based on previous year cutoffs for obc category.
For NIT Patna, you need to secure a rank below 15000, then only you stand a chance, but you can try for a different NIT.

As we know nits ranking is higher than iiits so definitely Cse in nit Patna is better as more campus will come there compared to iiit jabalpur.
