As we know nits ranking is higher than iiits so definitely Cse in nit Patna is better as more campus will come there compared to iiit jabalpur.
So better go to nit to persue you b.tech in Cse

To take admission in nit patna ; you need to secure rank under 45-50 thousand ( general ) and 17-20 thousand ( category rank ) according to last year's cut offs.
With 92.66 percentile ; assuming you rank is around 70-80 thousand ; it is difficult to get

As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get NIT Patna. Generally minimum rank required for getting into NIT Patna with any branch is below 20000 under obc category as per last year cutoff respectively .
