First of all, you have to decide that you want to go for the institute or you want to go for the stream. If you want to study in IIT then you should go for CSE in that case your preference should be Bhubaneswar>Kottawayam>Sri city

If you want to go for stream then your preference should be ECE at NIT PATNA.

Whereas , electrical students also have more opportunities in government sector. But ,if you want to do jobs in MNCs then you should go for ECE.
