Seeing previous year cuttoff of NIT RAIPUR,you have to score 98+ Percentile in general category.For scoring such rank you need to score 150+ out of 300 this year..

So computer science engineering had 25196 closing rank cutoff for the home state and 12909 closing rank cutoff for the other states.
