The placements of IT and CSE branches in NIT Raipur is increasing rapidly year by year from 2015,

This year(2018–19) 4 students of IT(1) and CSE(3) have grabbed a package of 32.5 LPA(on campus).

Also the average package is around 8–10 LPA for these branches.

All the students from IT and CSE who are eligible for placement (having no backs) are easily placed(100% placement).

While NIT raipur is amongst the best NITs in the country whereas MBM Jodhpur is the top state level college in Rajasthan. Therefore, you should choose according to the fact that whether you prefer branch or college. If you prefer branch then you should go for MBM Jodhpur or if you prefer college then you should go for NIT Raipur. Hope this helps.

If you wish to compare the two options based on the colleges then clearly NIT raipur is much better than NIT srinagar in terms of infrastructure and placements it also has the advantage of a better location and also has better ranking but if you prefer IT branch and are not getting it in any other reputed college then you can go for NIT srinagar. NIT Jamshedpur ranks above NIT Raipur in many aspects. And speaking about civil Engineering branch you must choose NIT Jamshedpur. Because the placements here are better than NIT Raipur. There is around 55-60% placements which is almost same in all NIT'S. Companies like L&T visit the campus. And all the other facalities for civil engineering branch are also good.

Both of them are renowned colleges of our country. You should decide upon which course you are more interested in. CSE surely has more scope in terms of job opportunities. ECE at NIT Raipur is also a safe option to choose as the placements are fine. Faculty and academics is great in both colleges. Infrastructure is better at IIIT Guwahati but it is comparatively a newer institution.

You may weigh factors like fees, course, location etc to take the final decision.

It depends on what you consider to be good. But I'll try and give you a rough idea.
The placement for CS/IT are great. There are a lot of offers from companies like Deloitte, UHG and also companies like InfoEdge visit the campus for recruitment.
For core branches, the placement percentage goes down a little, but is still good.

For ECE, NIT Raipur is better than Goa because of better placements, infrastructure and Faculty.

The average package offered to the electronics and telecommunications branch is 7 LPA which is better than Goa (4-5 LPA). The placement rate is approximately 78.5%. Many companies like Wipro, Mahindra, Taxes Steel, Vedanta, etc., visit the campus for placements.

The infrastructure of the college is developing. Labs and classrooms are good for some departments. Overall, it is average. The speed of Wi-Fi is high. Medical facilities are provided. A supermarket and various food stalls or hubs are available on the campus itself.

The senior faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. In the first year, they have the traditional teaching methods, but after that, powerpoint presentations are used for teaching. Industry exposure is provided. The teacher to student ratio is 1:15.

Definitely NIT Warangal Civil. See, firstly Civil Engineering is a core branch also, NIT Warangal is far better than NIT Raipur. And Whatever you may study in NIT Raipur be it CSE, ECE, EE, Mechanical, all are equivalent. Unless you do not have a special inclination towards ECE, go ahead with NIT Warangal Civil Engineering.

Nit raipur's mining engineering is one of the best over the nation but only in terms of placement.  The professors there are very much experienced and knowledgeable. Also, If you get placed in Coal India, you can expect a starting package of 10 lpa, and Coal India recruites a lot of students from NIT Raipur.
