If you belong to the General category, then chances are less to get B.Arch in 7 rounds.

But, you can definitely wait for the Special Rounds in which vacant seats are filled.

The cutoff in the special rounds increases.

For example, the cutoff in 2018 after Round 7 was 1,977 for General and after Special Round 2, the cutoff rank was 3,091.

For josaa counseling first login in to the portal page. Then choose the order of your listing the colleges according to your priority list and according to your rank. Then lock your choices. After each round either you will be alloted a seat or not alloted. If you are alloted a seat want to take it go to the institute and take admission otherwise keep floating your choice

Yes you can get nit raipur college. But you can get only lower branches of that college like metallurgy, bio medical, mechanical and mining engineering. As your rank will satisfy that branch only.

Compared to both the Colleges NIT Raipur is always the best choice. IIIT Raipur was a newly established one and it does not provide  enough job opportunities for the students. NIT Raipur was best in placements . Almost 90% of the CSE students get placed every year. So Don't worry. NIT Raipur is a better Choice

According to my advice IIIT Naya Raipur is better than NIT Raipur in terms of many things like good infrastructure in IIIT Naya Raipur and better education facilities and better faculties in IIIT Raipur which are very helping in nature.Course structure is also very advanced in IIIT Naya Raipur.
