The concept of EWS quota has been described and started this year only.

That is why predicting the cutoff for this category is really difficult and is most likely to be wrong.

The trends in JEE change every year so you must wait till the end of the counseling to get to know any absolute cutoff.

Hello Aayush, Badluck, No, you can't go back to 2nd round allocated seat because that seat would have been allocated to someone else in the 7th round. You can't go back to your old round seat and claim it because you have been allocated a seat in the further round. If you hadn't got any seat in the rounds after 2nd, then you would have a hold over your 2nd round seat in NIT Raipur. But now you cannot claim it because you have been allocated a seat in the further round.

 The authorities have released the detailed list of JoSAA 2019 reporting centres where candidates who are allotted seats during the counselling process will have to report. There are 18 reporting centres for IIT seat allotment and 45 for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. It is important for the selected candidates to report to the JoSAA 2019 reporting centres and if not done, it might lead to cancellation of admission.

Yes you can report to any NIT+ RC, there is absolutely no restriction of your choice, it logical that you would choose a RC closer to you.

Dear Aspirant ! I think you should go for EC at NIT Raipur. But if you want to make a informed data driven decision then do as I say , open the official website of both the Colleges and compare their infrastructure ,their ranking and placements. This would really clear all your doubts.

It will mostly depend on the interest levels.

Doing textile and production from Nit Raipur or Jalandhar will be better option because here placements are better and also the faculty is very good.

But if you are getting good IIIT then you should definitely go for IT as this branch has better scope than others.
