IT'snot that much easy to get CSE in IIT's or NIT's even with SC category it hardly makes any difference if you will drop a year . You can also think fom another point of view as this time atleast you are getting NIT Raipur may be you will not get this also next year so think wisely before you step forward. Getting admission into NIT's is also difficult task and elctronics is a very good branch. if you are really interested and have confidence then you can drop a year. I am 3rd year student from IIT Roorkee so just want share my experiance with you otherwise all the very best for whatever steps you take .

See at this rank of yours around to 100000 is not sufficient for getting any NIT's. Also the ews is included this time for first so cannot be sure through this category. And also for the IIITs its no to get any from them at this rank probably.

When we take your rank in the CRL you won't be getting an admission into anyNIT.But as you have a category rank of 26000 and home state quota you may have a chance to get into NIT raipur.But according to previous year analysis it is not possible to get into the NIT.All the best for other entrance exams.Thank You.
