All the institutions you mentioned are good.But I would suggest you to join ECE in ISM(IIT Dhanbad) as you can get an IIT tag with a good branch...If you are not willing to join ISM,then just go for NIT Warangal ECE.Nit warangal has decent placement record.At the end its

See, there are in all only 3 Colleges in MAHARASHTRA which provide Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials Science.

These are:

1. IIT BOMBAY

2. VNIT NAGPUR

3. CoEP, PUNE.

So YES, the college is good and it is worth it.
