There is no separate cutoff for cs.Overall cutoff for jee mains is 74 for general and 45 for obc student.Cutoff is set by particular college.Cutoff for IIT kanpur is different and IIT Delhi is different. let me infrom you that chemical engineering has been on the course list of NIT Rourkela for a quiet long time and the faculty is queit remarkable as reviewed but the placement parameter is average on the scale.

You said well. Cutoff for ceramics engineering will be around 40,000 AIR. So chances for you, are very high but you are on boundary line. You can also fall short to get seat because just few rank.
But don't lose hope.
