89 percentile would fetch you a rank around 85657-115045.from your profile it shows that you are from west bengal for which nit silchar would be through other state quota.now based on last year cutoffs for round 6 closing ranks for nit silchar for other state is

39263 for civil engineering

NIT Silchar is somewhere better over than the NIT Uttarakhand. NIT Silchar has been placed at 46th position in the NIRF ranking while NIT Uttarakhand has not been placed at any rank yet. Apart, from this, NIT Silchar offers a median salary package of Rs. 6.27 lakhs per annum for B.E./B.tech and Rs. 5.45 lakhs in M.E./M.Tech per annum.
