Sorry to say madhu you won't get any branch in NIT TRICH UNDER HOME STATE QUOTA. 

Even Production engineering closes at 28000 rank.  And your rank will be around 40000.

So you won't get anything in NIT TRICHY.

G1 - All the choices will be processed

G2- Only higher preference choice will be processed

G3 - Previously allotted choice will be processed for upgradations.

aacording to their fee structure their tution fee for one semester at nit trichy is that is first semester- it depends on your category whether general, sc/st, obc and also depends on your family income - fpr general category the first semester fees is -30,433

Your score and ranks are good.As per the previous years cutoffs you have a great chance of getting admission to this colleges.But from the above colleges NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal are best and you should try for this colleges.So,It depends on your preference where you prefer .

Definitely, you can. There is no restriction as such. But different colleges have restrictions on a few courses. So kindly cross check with the college once regarding this.
