If all the options above it are in nit trichy then he can get seat in another branch as per the availability in the same college. Else he might have opted for SLIDE option which does not change the college and looks for change in branch according to the availability.

it is not enough for getting admission in NITs.the last year cut-off for getting admission in NIT is 65 for obc category.so, you are not eligible but you can go for other government colleges and private colleges.
