Yes there is quite a good chance in getting seats in NIT Trichy SC category in  streams like mechanical,civil and electrical.The cutoff rank for CSE remains about 700-1500.However the cutoff for streams like Mechanical,Civil,chemical is a bit high and you can opt for them in second to third
