With this percentile of yours it is very difficult for you to get a seat in NIT trichy although you belong to obc and girl quota, still it is very less chances of you to get admission in NIT trichy.
Prepare for next time and try to score 95 percey Or more to get a seat.

Yes, there are chances you may get IITs for your score. However remember that not every stream will be open for you as some streams requires much higher cut off like Power system.
VLSI is an interdisciplinary branch. So yes you can get it if you've completed your B.Tech from EEE branch. For M.Tech admissions in IIT and NIT, the GATE score is valid for 3 years. If you do have a gap then be prepared during interview that you may be asked the reason for drop out.
