You haven't mentioned your home state and category,interested department . So I'm giving you cut offs of Last year.You have to get AIR less than 10,000 to get any department except CSE. To know the branches wise cutoff you can go through with the given below link.

My score in jee mains 2020 is 81 percentile. Can i get some good course IN NIT trichy. I am bc caste

Your rank should be around 7000 which is a very good rank but to be honest it won't be enough to get Computer Science Branch in NIT Trichy , NIT Warangal or NIT Surathkal . You need to work harder to get CSE in any of these colleges .
