Yes, surely if you score 150+ in JEE Main examination, you can easily get Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Tiruchirappalli if you belong to SC category and have Home State girl quota.

All this marks, your SC rank would be around 500 and you can easily get any branch of your choice.

If you are satisfied with any branch, then yes you can easily get NIT Tiruchirappalli at 180 marks as according to previous year cutoffs NIT Tiruchirappalli closes at around 11,000-12,000 rank for OBC Home State quota students which will correspond to a score of around 165+.

While if you want computer science and engineering, you will have to score at least 230+ to remain on safe side.

there is not many psus which hires candidate from production engineering through gate.

as production engineering is the part of mechanical engineering most of the vacancies are for mechanical engineering. try to get a rank with in 100 to get psus as number of total vacancies ranges from 20-30. but it totally depends on the companies on which year they would hire a large number of candidates. some companies for production engineering branches are like,

iocl, hpcl, mdl, npcil etc.

If you are not a student from Tamil Nadu state, you should have a rank of atleast 636. 
If you are a student from Tamil Nadu state, you should have a rank of atleast 2351. 
It is only possible for us to say the estimated cutoffs but the marks you should be getting totally depends on the toughness of paper and the students appearing for the exam. In general if you have a score of nearly 200 to 220 you can absolutely get the seat. There are good amount of chances for the mark to vary vastly for the next year.

I can't help you with the score required to get into NIT TRICHY as it keeps changing every year depending upon toughness level of question paper and number of students that appeared in the exam but I can surely help you with the rank you need to get.

To get NIT TRICHY you need to get under AIR 45 if you are from general as there are 92 seats in NIT TRICHY,  out of which 50% is for sc/st/obc . 

For obc candidate , one needs to get a AIR 100-130 to get NIT TRICHY.
