I see that you have got nit trichy in first round in ews category. So, first of all congratulations. And you are saying that you have no ews certificate. So without it you will not be allowed to participate in registration process. 

You can talk to your tahsildar or C.O. Tellthem the condition. They will make. But since there will be many applying for the same so it might take some days. But there might be an another way. You can write a letter signed by tahshildar, and then show it to the respected authorities..

Or you can talk to jee mains concerned authories.

Both of the institutes are great in their own right. So before anyone call tell you what to decide, I will suggest you to go through the academic details of the programs offered which is present on the official websites so go through the courses offered and then as per your interests pursue the same.

All the colleges that you mentioned above are very good colleges of the country. Now, if you take into consideration the CSE department, the package is mostly on the higher side. But BITS-Hyderabad as well as NIT Trichy shall beat NSIT in terms of package in placements.

 you can certainly get a seat in NIT trichy for B.Arch but the allotment also depends on what other people having a better rank have put as their preferance. Don't keep it as the only option but surely give it a try.

NIT Trichy is considered to be one of the best and most reputed institutes of India and hence due to this fact the seats of computer science department are filled very fast. According to list published by the official counselling commitee JOSAA, the cut off rank for students from Tamil Nadu is 1250 to 4912. And for students who are not from Tamil Naduthe cut-off goes as high as 324 to 2124.

Admission to NITs for M.tech/M.Arch is done by the common CCMT counselling. The eligibility requirements state that you should have a valid GATE score from any of the past three years. Also, you must have secured 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks in your undergraduate degree if you are a general category student. For SC/ST, it is 6.0 CGPA or 55%. • Like for Mtech or MS you need to write GATE exam and score eligible marks for counselling and further procedures.
• And for MBA ,  you need to write CAT and finally there will be a personal interview round in which you need to be selected.
• For MCA ,  you need to write MCA common entrance test
