According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be close to 97k and your category rank will be close to 27k and with this rank you will not able to get seat in NIT Trichy even in home state quota also.
yes you can definetly get a seat in nit . you have agood marks and you will have a good rank infact. you dont need to specially apply for the homestate. they already know which state are you from when you have filled up the examination form.
