The admission criteria for nit exam is based on the merit in IIT -jee mains and advanced rank and percentile for which you need to crack the test . You might get some reservation quota as you belong to SC category ,but your ipe marks doesn't make any difference

Yes, Obviously if you Sc rank is 7 then no one is stopping you to get NIFT Delhi for Bfetch. Last to last year the closing rank for SC category was 650.
