No, unfortunately you can't be able to take the admission in any of the course at NIT for your PG degree because your percentage is less , which is not upto remark, but yaah via GATE entrance exam you can be Able to take if you fetched score is under the radar for taking the admission in the respective Institution based upon the variation of cuttoff.
