If this is your category rank then sorry hou may not get any of the NITs. If this is CRL rank then you may get NIT patna and some eastern Nits. You might not be able to get CS but try for other branches. All the best for counselling.

Please do mention about which university you are asking and also mention your category.

If you are asking about Delhi University. The admissions in BA Eng(Hons) is based on Merit. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.

With a rank of 16159 in SC category, you won't get admission in NIT Warangal. the cutoff is very high, as it is one of the top NITs. Your rank is too low.

There are less or no chance for you to get admission in any NITs

Try applying for other management colleges like MIT,MGM
