The procedure for admission might negin in the month of June. The authorities will first hold two rounds of mock alloment followed seven rounds of seat allotment of JoSAA 2018. The mock JoSAA seat allotment will be announced on June 20 and 23 for all candidates who have registered
Sorry, even if you are from home state , you cant get admission in metallurgy in NIT Warangal.
I would suggest you the following colleges for metallurgy;
National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology, Hatia, Ranchi
Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur

JEE ADVANCED 2018 is only for admissions to IIT's, ISM, IIST, IISc, IISER's, etc.
To get into NIT's you need to qualify JEE MAIN and have a good score in it.
