Though jobs for BTech Biotechnology is limited you can get a decent job in any biopharmaceutical for formulation or in the production department I suggest you to take up BCIL's internship after completing your education it gives a hands on experience as well a good placement with some stipend.
Perhaps your score is less than the first cutoff alloted by the institutes that you have choosen.
