sorry , with this rank it will be tough for you to get any branches in NIT Warangal.
since your branch preference is CSE or ECE check out these colleges, they are also good options:
ECE/CSE at IIIT kota,
ECE/CSE at IIIT vadodara

From last year NCC certificate is not being considered as far as i know. Eventhough if they consider NCC certificate your chances of getting into NITs is very less. Sorry for disappointing you.
