NIT warangal is one of the top most institutes in India. Your rank is not enough to get you a seat in NIT Warangal. The closing rank for OBC at NIT warangal is around 5000. So, it is not possible for you to get a seat in NIT Warangal.

Answering your question, I believe though nothing much can be said without analyzing the JEE mains paper 2020. 

But your rank should be under 5k to get a seat, assuming you fall to be Other state

1)NIT Suratkhal

2)NIT Warangal

3)NIT Nagpur

4)NIT Rourkela.

Both are very good and reputed colleges but NIT Warangal and Agartala are considered as equivalent to an IIT and therefore if you have the opportunity to get there it will be really good.

First of all congratulation to get NIT  Waranga for MCM this is one of the top NIT colleges for MCA.

Chances are there to get NIT Surathkal in 3rd counselling but it is not sure to get   as it depend upon  number of candidates apply there and seat availability.
