At this rank, you won't get admission in any branch of NIT Warangal. I would suggest you to use college predictor and look for other colleges. You might get some of the lower ranked GFTIs, IIITs or NITs. Below is a link for the same:

because we know that the demand for Biotechnology is lass as compare to others
but especially in Warangal, it may be difficult because of last year they cut off go petty well
so I suggested that
Your rank is quite high. Even if the obc rank would have been in near thousands then there would have been a chance to get admission into nit warangal. State quota applied on the rank you obtained won't let you have one such of your choice. However you may wait
Dear candidate, you should definitely go for CSE at NIT Warangal. Choose IIT Hyderabad engineering science only if you have interest in that and you are not interested in coding stuff. Do not run after IIT tag. NIT Warangal is one of the best NITs and placement in CSE there
