The college being established in 1959, situated near Hyderabad region has legacy brand.

It is difficult to compare different departments of different colleges as compared to comparing same department of different colleges.
Well the evident difference is in between the tags of the College. If you see, IIT tag is superior but if you compare the newer IITs to NIT WARANGAL,

The placements in these institues are very Good. Ecspecially these being the top 5 NITs .
CSE mostly have 100% placements with average packages of over 9–10LPA. ECE usually have a 85+ with most students going to the software field with average packages of 7–8 LPA.
