Taking into account your category rank and the fact that you are an OBC candidate, getting Civil Engineering in NIT Warangal will be very difficult though you might be able to get one of the lower ranked NITs.

Sorry dear but for nit Warangal it is very low percentile even in last branch.
But you can apply for other colleges and if you are in category surely you will get the benefit.

iit Hyderabad , nit warangal , iit Delhi , iit guwahati these all colleges are best for  btech . You can join any college because these colleges are best for btech . These colleges having experienced faculty and staff . Infrastructure is awesome . So all the colleges are better
