Coming to your question, as NLU Jabalpur is one of the newly established National Law Universities it is quite difficult to provide you the exact cutoffs that too based on Domicile. So I am here mentioning the predicted cutoffs for BA LLB in MPDNLU Jabalpur. They are as follows:

            General        92.75

              OBC           84

               SC            44.75

               ST             38

Based on the rank predictor, your rank could be anywhere between 5000 to 6000. Te cutoff rank last year for RMLNLU for state OBC candidtate was around 1200. So, I would say that your chances are pretty low. There are many other colleges which give admissions based on CLAT marks, so choose them. There are many law colleges in UP like Lloyd law college, Amity law college or Janhit law college. All of them are very reputed universities. All the best !!!

According to previous clat cut off, you have  a good score and even have chance to get one of the top National Law Universities such as

National Law school University of India BANGALORE 

NALSAR University of law Hyderabad 

National law Institute university BHOPAL

The West Bengal NUJS Kolkata

I don't think you have checked in an authentic rank predictor. Based on the rank predictor used by us here at careers360, your rank could be anywhere between 9000 to 10000. Unless there is an NLU in your state without which you don't have the domicile reservation, you don't have many chances of getting into an NLU. Since you are a woman, you will have gender reservation but without domicile, the chances are quite low.
