I'm sorry to say this but taking into consideration of past trends you might  not able to get admission in top 3 NLUs but surely you will  get admission in one them.

Since you belongs to sc category nd domicile of UP there is chance you get admsn in RMLNLU, Lucknow. Cutoff of such quota is lesser than the general category.

It is difficult to predict cutoffs for NLUs.The official cutoffs will be released by the NLUs depending upon many factors.There are reservations for categories including State OBC,STATE SC,STATE ST,Women Domicile.However the cutoff in terms of rank may be the following for NLU Lucknow for 2019 UG as per past years cutoff:

1)AI Unreserved- 615-630

2)State OBC-3010-3020

3)Both Horizontal DFFUP-11300-11400

4)Both Horizontal SAP-8700-8720

5) State SC-9700-9760

6)State ST-27000-28216

If you belong to the general category, I find it very difficult for you to get any National Law University in India. You  can try for some good private colleges. As per the previous year cutoff trends, you can consider the following NLUs -

• DSNLU Visakhapatnam - opening and closing rank - 1200 to 3500.
  
• NLUJAA Guwahati - opening and closing rank - 1060 to 3500.
  
• TNNLS Tiruchirapalli - opening and closing rank - 1160 to 3500.
  
• MNLU Nagpur - opening and closing rank - 1200 to 4000.
• MNLU Aurangabad - opening and closing rank - 1250 to 4000.

Based on the reank predictor, your rank could be anywhere between 4000 and 4700. Usually your chances are low. Since you are woman, you have gender reservation and if there are any colleges in your own state, you will have domicile reservation. Then, you might get into some NLU.

I'm sorry to say this but your chances are low because High cutoff is expected.

An individual can expect cut-off to be around 155-160 mark for top National Law Schools (NLUs) and for lower NLUs it can go around 130-135 for General category. For candidates from SC category cut-offs can be expected to go around 115-120 for top NLUs and around 55-60 for lower NLUs. Lastly coming to ST category cut-offs are expected to go around 120 for top NLUs and around 50-55 for lower NLUs. So now you can accordingly set your expectations for NLUs. 

Do not lose hope as these are mere predicted cut-offs around which this year’s cut-offs might set. Wait till the official cutoff list.
