Congrates firstly 135 is a good score. Yes you can get admission in top NLUs. As 139.75 was the last year cut off for NLSIU , Bangalore but since you belong to obc category you may or may not get till last round this year.  But other than that you can easily get rest of the top NLUs  like 

• NALSAR Hyderabad 
• NUJS kolkata 
• NLIU Bhopal 
• NLU jodhpur

In general category with a rank between 4300-5080 it will be a little difficult to get into NLUs considering their closing rank and number of seats available. But you can definitely look out for some other good colleges from IPUs or private colleges like Jindal Global law school, Nirma University or ICFAI Dehradun. They're equally good in academics.
