Since you are a Domicile of Patna your chances of making it to CNLU Patna are quite high. You may also get admission in the newly formed NLUs under the general category.

With 100 marks your rank as per previous year analysis will be around 2500 and you have very less chance of getting any national law University. Getting nmims is also tough as the college has higher cutoff.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 8000-10000 in SC category and considering the seats in the NLUs chances may be less that you get through but still if SC candidates are few then you can have a chance. Moreover you can definitely look out for the NLU in your home state. Have your hopes high since you've a decent score.
