As per your All India Rank you have average chances in Nlu & Secondly about the vacant seats. I can't assure you that you will get a vacant seats because it depends on the total seats & applicants. You can always go for private colleges.

After the counselling, if there is any vacancy then the individual NLU conduct counselling at their own level in order of CLAT score. But it is not necessary that there is vacancy every year.

keep checking on the websites of all the NLUs, each NLU will release it’s cut off list for vacant seats on it’s website after CLAT closes it’s admission, most of the time people are not even aware of this, if possible keep checking everyday at least.
