According to your rank you may get some NLU if you are OBC or SC/ST Candidate or you have Stage domicile,but as a General Category students it's Hard to get NLU with such Rank,may be you can get if you have PH or Certain reservations,but still i am not

The NLUs consider both your SC category ranks and you All India rank for admission. So, you need to see your AIR as well to have a good idea about whether you will get admission or not. The cutoffs might go through a dip in the numbers, but
